As someone who makes his opinions on racism well known on a regular basis, I am frequently asked about solutions. I’ve been at this long enough to know that there aren’t any magic bullets (otherwise I’d just write that essay and delete the rest), and that you have to tackle something that large bit by bit. To that end, I do have this document to offer. It’s not comprehensive, but it’s a good place to start when it’s time to plot solutions for dealing with racism in the economic realm of action.
Now, I’m not an economist, but I know my way around an action plan. This is just a tool – a PDF guide specifically – and I hope that some of you find merit in it as such. If you want to know what to do about racism as concerns money, this is a good place to start that checklist.
